0,00 CHF Your orders are personally delivered by our team, and travel in MasterFisch vehicles equipped and approved for the transport of live animals. There are no intermediaries between the acclimatization center and your home anymore.
What's more, the prices displayed on our site are now net prices, all taxes included, and there are no longer any customs fees to pay on receipt.
Shipping costs 49 CHF for orders up to 150 CHF and 39 CHF for orders between 150 and 200 CHF. For orders over 200 CHF, delivery is free.
Your order is usually delivered within 7 working days after payment reception. We will systematically contact you prior to shipping in order to arrange for the delivery date which suits you best. However, the technical team at the acclimatization center reserves the right to not ship an animal should they have the slightest doubt (stress, possible sickness…) at the time of preparing them for their journey to you. In that case, it would be possible to modify your order. We will assist you in choosing a similar animal or another fish compatible with your existing population.
If you have placed several orders, they will be grouped and shipped together as long as possible. We will take into account the global amount of your order and refund the difference whenever applicable.
For security reasons and animals well-being the acclimatization center is not open to the public. Animals ordered via our website will arrive directly to you. Thanks to strict processes and certified partners, our animals travel in the best possible conditions to guarantee a perfect arrival at their final destination: your aquarium.
